DECOR AND TOOLS  believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have entered production stage. 

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products, ensuring each item is carefully inspected before it reaches you . However, if an error occurs and you receive a product that isn’t perfect—like a wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain—please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Just provide us with a photo(proof of damage) of the issue, and we’ll swiftly send a replacement your way. Keep in mind that the colors of your item(s) may vary slightly based on your screen’s display settings.

Since each product is custom-made to match your unique specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order is processed. Additionally, super saver pack purchases are final and non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding and trust in our commitment to quality!

Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully happy with your purchase, so we’re pleased to offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered, with no extra charges for pickup. If you need a different size, just let us know within these 3 days, and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll arrange for the item to be picked up, which usually takes about 3 days. Once we receive it, we’ll carry out a quality check and send your new product right to your doorstep.

In case there’s a price difference between your original item and the exchanged one, we’ll simply ask you to cover that difference. Please remember, we can only process one exchange per order. We appreciate your understanding and are here to make your experience as seamless as possible!

Refund policy

In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.

Kindly understand that we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language or behavior. Even if mistakes are made, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product, we remain committed to professionalism. However, any form of abusive conduct will result in an end to communication.
